We are excited to announce the start of rehabilitation works on the Customs Tunnel, a project that will last over 4 months.
In these coming months, we will be committed to revitalizing this important space. From the meticulous cleaning of the wall and removal of vegetation to the stripping and painting of the existing metal beams, superficial repair of the slab's concrete and injection of cracks, each detail will receive the attention it deserves.
Join us on this journey of renovation and transformation of the Customs Tunnel!

Work has begun on the rehabilitation of the Escadario de Monte do Tadeu, which connects Rua Monte Tadeu with Rua Monte dos Congregados in Bonfim.
We value GO Porto - Gestão e Obras do Porto in entrusting us with the supervision of this work.

The long-awaited redevelopment of outdoor multi-sports pavilions in six basic schools located in the city of Porto begins today.
We are excited to announce that Diligentprojects will play a key role in supervising and overseeing these infrastructure works.
This initiative aims not only to improve sports facilities, but also to promote a safer environment conducive to the educational and physical development of students.

The construction of the new Circular Line of the Metro do Porto begins to have a more visible impact on the city with the cutting of Rua dos Clérigos, essential for the construction of the station that will connect this new line to the already existing Yellow Line;

The technology company Bi4all invested 8 million euros in the renovation of its headquarters, in Lisbon, in order to respond to the new challenges, creating, more than an office, a space thinking about a dynamic, agile environment that brings together conditions that promote productivity, collaboration and creativity, the CEO, José Oliveira, revealed to Jornal Económico (JE).

Another stage in the Construction Contract for the Pilot Building of the Public Affordable Income Housing Program – Entrecampos – Allotment of the Armed Forces - Lots 4a and 4b achieved, within the contracted term!
We are proud to be part of this housing project with the purpose of promoting affordable renting and to help settle young people in the city centre.
We would like to thank Camara Municipal de Lisboa and Lisboa Ocidental SRU, for the vote of confidence placed in the DILIGENTPARALLEL/PLENGIL consortium for managing and supervising this project and pilot project.
This is the first "near zero energy" public building and the pilot project of this program, and which is located in a pleasant and excellent area in which to live.

DiligentParallel is proud to have been part of the Esporão de Espinho Reinforcement.
The reinforcement focused on the head of the spur, in the end pointed to the sea. Almost half a million concrete blocks were used, aligned, in order to offer the sea a more compact and resilient resistance.

STAY HOME, WE MANAGE YOUR PROJECT!
Due to the difficult moment that our country and the world are going through, we must communicate some measures that we have implemented in order to prevent and help fight this pandemic, seeking, however, to keep all our services fully functioning in strict compliance with the DGS recommendations and with the limitations that are imposed on us.
In this sense, we inform you that, since March 16, we have reduced the presence of our employees in the offices to the minimum necessary, having implemented a distance work regime, for employees where possible. We prepared and implemented contingency plans, reduce our physical presence in meetings, giving preference to telephone conferences or video conferences and complying with the recommendations of the DGS, we reinforced all the health and safety measures of our employees present on constructions works sites.
These measures in no way compromise the smooth functioning of our services and the management of all the projects that we have at hand. We will work daily to respond to all requests made to us so that our clients can continue to place the trust they have always placed in us.
These measures will be in force for the duration of the pandemic, thus fulfilling our social responsibility, contributing to the health and safety of our employees, clients, partners and other entities with whom we collaborate.
