The intervention consists in the demolition of the building interior maintaining the principal façade (to Avenida da Liberdade), escavation, peripheral containment, construction of the concrete structure e finishments.

The building has 3 basements (parking, technical areas), floors 0 and 1 (shops, technical areas and access to the parking lots), 6 floors (apartments 8T1, 8T2, 2T3 and 1T5) and rooftop (technical area and leisure area).
